At Charbroil, we stand behind the quality of our grills and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, parts, and hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
